> Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Sewage treatment is the process of removing all contaminants from municipal wastewater generated from homes, offices, IT Parks, factories etc. and making it fit either for reuse or discharge. Treated sewage can be used for gardening, flushing, in cooling towers as well as industrial processes. Packaged STPs are used for small scale enterprise, whereas large IT Parks and housing societies require larger wastewater treatment plants.
Processes Offered :
Activated Sludge Process (ASP)
Extended Aeration (EA)
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR/FAB)
Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)
Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)
Water coming from rivers, lakes, wells, etc. contain a large number of suspended particles and organic pollutants that can pose a threat to public health. Water treatment plants solve this problem with the help of sand filters and carbon filters. Sand filters remove suspended solids from the drinking water and carbon filters eliminate organic compounds as well as any odour and taste.
Features :
Factory fabrication: The packaged STP is of mild steel factory fabricated skid mounted/containerized units. Only civil construction required is the rcc foundation/sumps.
Easy handling/ transportation: The package stp has dimensions similar to that of standard containers. It can therefore be easily crane mounted on to a standard truck trailer and then shifted to site/ new site as and when required.
Easy hook up/ start up: The inlet raw sewage pumped discharge line is to be flange connected to the inlet flange of the packaged STP. The treated sewage discharge line can be flange connected to the outlet flange of the package STP and treated discharged to disposal by gravity meeting all required treated quality parameters. The incoming electric cable is to be terminated into the electric panel after which the package STP is ready for start up and operation.
